Aftercare (Washing Instructions):

- Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash.
- Wash the garment inside-out with cold or luke warm water using mild detergent.
- Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals.
- Hang dry when possible, or use low tumble dry setting.

These steps help insure your DTF print maintains its brightness, flexibility, and bond wash after wash - giving your custom apparel that long-lasting, professional look.


How durable are the transfers? 

Very. Our transfers are made to last through 50+ washes without fading, cracking, or peeling. The bond is strong, flexible, and designed for everyday wear. 


Twisted Unicorn uses DTF, what's that you ask?

Let's talk about DTF... and we're talking about Direct to Film printing. It's the superhero of the custom apparel world. The Iron Man of transfers. The Beyonce of fabric customization. And if you've ever tried a custom shirt, then you know there are so many limits on what you can put on specific fabrics and what type of "print", meaning 100% polyester or 100% cotton, vinyl, screen printing or sublimation. It's been a big mess trying to get a product that have ZERO limitations. Well... here it is! DTF! 


What is the return/refund policy for custom products, since they are made-to-order?

Because every transfer is printed just for you, we unfortunately cannot accept general returns or exchanges. However, we absolutely stand by our product quality. If you order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we'll reprint or refund it right away. Just use the CONTACT page and inform us ASAP.


Is it true that Twisted Unicorn has an "Adult-Themed" Page?

Yes, it is true. The only reason it is an ADULTS ONLY page is due to the fact that some of the designs may offend some people. We can't make everyone happy, so we just design and sell. Maybe you like them, maybe you don't, but please do not judge any of the designs. Everyone has their own opinion. If you do not like the designs, don't buy them from that page. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE UNDER 18!! If you open that page, you are acknowledging that you are of age and that you are aware of the contents possibly being "offensive". Shoot, you may think most of them are funny as hell. If not, please move on and DO NOT OPEN that page.
